Comfort Inn & Suites Slidell - New Orleans Area

Richard at the front desk was fantastic! So nice and fun to talk to. Super clean room! Loved the huge bathroom sink and counter. Beds were nice and comfy. Quiet and very nice location. Tons of places to eat nearby. 10/10 would stay again.

The room was wonderful. The breakfast very good. The staff - specifically Remy - went above and beyond to help us. The refrigerator in our room was not working properly. It also did not have a freezer area. Remy worked with us to take our freezer packs and cooler food and place them in the hotel’s facilities. We really appreciated that very much. A note for those needing ADA Facilities: our room was considered a mobility room however the shower is not designed for wheel chair use. Overall, a very positive experience, and we would recommend this hotel and definitely its staff.

There was a problem with the card reader and it took more than 30 minutes to get fixed, but Sunny was extremely helpful and firm in dealing with whoever to get the problem fixed and to get us situated. She made us feel like we were important and I appreciate her for that. We had a great night and enjoyed our stay. She needs a raise!

My family and I were driving into town late one night & found this hotel conveniently located off the highway near many restaurants. The area felt safe and the front desk service was spectacular! Sunny was very joyful and helpful for working the night shift! I don’t think I could be as cheery as she was if I got my perfect 8 hours. Sunny worked diligently and quickly arranging multiple rooms for my family so we can get our rest, know our breakfast window & hit the road the next morning. I hope this hotel knows what a gem they have and treat her very well!

I needed a last min getaway so I went online to book. For members a discount price was provided so I was like great let me get it. Received confirmation and the date was changed. Called them up spoke with the rep (who was great) told him the issue, he explained why that happened but changed it for me without a problem. I was relaxed, comfortable, and I will be booking again.

I would like to thank Sunny at the Comfort Inn and suites. Even though we were late she made sure we had a first floor room as requested. I have a back injury and it sure made a difference and she had already checked our room and turned the a/c on. She was so personable and professional. We had a horrible day of travel and Sunny had us smiling in no time. She is a true asset to your organization. I hope that Comfort Inn recognize her as an outstanding employee.

Nice clean hotel, Joan was great getting me checked in and explained everything I needed to know. Shower was very nice and the bed comfortable. If I’m passing though Slidell again I would definitely stay here.

I had a great experience with early check-in at Comfort Inn in Slidell, Louisiana. After a long drive, being able to get into my room ahead of schedule made a huge difference. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They made the process quick and stress-free, and I truly appreciated their willingness to help without any hassle. The room was clean, comfortable, and ready when I arrived. It’s always refreshing to stay somewhere that values guest convenience and goes the extra mile. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this location to anyone traveling through Slidell!
